Yes, subscribing to our newsletter is absolutely free and does not imply any obligation to purchase. It gives you the opportunity to be informed about promotions, launching of new brands and new designers in the MAIOLICA’s world.
Edit your newsletter settings at any time by visiting your Account at the top right of the homepage and selecting from the available options. You can also make changes by clicking on the “UNSUBSCRIBE” button at the bottom of each newsletter.

No problem: choose the “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?” on from the Sign In window. You will receive an email link to safely set up your new account password (if you do not receive our email immediately, check the Promotions tab of your inbox). For any questions or assistance, email us at email@example.com
To change the email address associated with your profile on MAIOLICA, enter your Account page through the icon at the top right of the homepage and amend your access credentials. After entering the new email address, confirm your choice by clicking on the “SAVE” button.
MAIOLICA attaches great importance to the security of your personal data and the need to process it according to the most stringent UAE legislative obligations or requirements.

Of course. We have a gift for everyone: for each friend you invite to join MAIOLICA, both of you will receive a welcome voucher. So the more the merrier! The voucher will be validated once your friend completes their first order and/or registration onto MAIOLICA.
Check the status of invitations from your Account page: from here you can invite new friends directly and get your personal link to share.
ORDERS, PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING
Ordering on MAIOLICA is a matter of just a few clicks:
STEP 1: Choose the item/s you wish to buy from MAIOLICA’s virtual window
STEP 2: After selecting the products you want, go to the Shopping Cart to review the items
STEP 3: Click on the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button. Do not worry: you will still be able to modify the selected products or change your mind before the end of the purchase process.
Some details are required to continue with the order, including the shipping address.
STEP 4: Once you have entered your personal information (and any coupon you may be entitled to redeem), select the payment method you prefer. By clicking on the “BUY NOW” button, your order will be completed and we will send you a confirmation email straight away.
Once you’ve completed your order, you will not be able to change it. That is why we recommend that you review the items you are purchasing before proceeding with the payment.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been shipped: in this case, you must follow the return procedure.
You can pay for your order through the following payment methods:
– Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
– Debit/Prepaid card (enabled to online payments)
– Apple Pay
Security is always a priority for MAIOLICA, so your data will always be protected by the latest and up-to-date technologies and never be shared with third parties.
To request the invoice of your order, email us all your data (including your VAT and order reference numbers) at email@example.com. Remember that the invoice must be requested by the end of the month of your purchase; once the billing month is closed, we will no longer be able to proceed with your request.
Once your order has been approved and an order tracking code has been sent to you via email and/or SMS, you will be able to check the status of your order easily and in real time. Sign in to your Account page, visit your order’s dedicated section and enter your order tracking code in the corresponding field.
The discount coupon is a unique code that you will be required to type at the moment of checkout and can only be used once, on a single order. To enter the code and get a discount, you must already be registered on our site, else you can purchase as “NEW CUSTOMER”. If you proceed to checkout without signing up you will not be able to use your coupon.
Kindly note that coupons cannot be combined.
Coupons may be subject to date and/or merchandise category restrictions and/or minimum order according to the promotion for which they are activated. However, these conditions are always to be considered according to the specific promotion.
Please note that, in the event of special commercial agreements, coupons may not apply to certain brands. In case your order contains items from one or more of these specific brands, the discount will be applied to the subtotal of your cart excluding these products.
The Gift Card is a discount coupon that you decide to give or receive as a gift. Buy it on MAIOLICA from the “GIFT IDEAS” menu: upon conclusion of the order, we will send you an email with a PDF containing the Gift Card to the email address that you have indicated. Once you receive it, you just have to print it out and deliver it to the person you want, or forward it by email.
To find out how to use the Gift Card, please refer to the discount coupon section. Gift cards cannot be combined with other Gift cards or any other promotional coupons.
Shipping is FREE in the UAE for all orders from AED 800 and above.
For orders within the UAE under AED 800, the standard delivery charge is based on the subtotal of the item(s) in your Shopping Cart before any discount and delivery pricing is applied to your order.

For bulky or non-standard orders, extra shipping costs may be applicable, and will be quantified according to the nature of the products purchased and the destination area. At the moment, MAIOLICA does not proactively take care of deliveries outside the UAE. However, our hard-working team is always happy to help you and offer competitive international shipping fees*. Send a request to email@example.com indicating the final destination and We will provide you with a more accurate shipping cost.
In such case, your purchase may take longer to arrive (an approximate timeline will be communicated via email by our Customer Care team). International orders are subject to duties, customs, and value added taxes.

At MAIOLICA, we count on a fast and reliable delivery right to your doorstep. Delivery within the UAE will take only 48 hours (on week days) from the moment your order is dispatched. To ensure your upmost satisfaction, orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take an additional 24 hours to process. During Holiday season and weekends, deliveries may take up to 72 hours to be processed.
If your order includes items that require special care during transportation, we will contact specialized couriers whose delivery times may vary from the above indicated standard times. We will do our best to ensure the best possible service and to activate a direct line between you and the courier who will deliver your order.
MAIOLICA is committed to meeting the estimated delivery times indicated on the website. However, in case of any unforeseen events during production or processing of the order, you will always be notified promptly by the Customer Care team.
RETURNS AND CLAIMS
If you have changed your mind on an item or intend to replace it with a different one, ask our Customer Care team for an exchange or a return. Send Us an email within 7 days from receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the item you wish to exchange/return along with your order tracking code to book your collection and have your item(s) sent back to us. The exchange/return will be processed at no additional cost (other than the difference in value for the exchanged item, if any). Note that the items you wish to return must be in original condition, properly packaged and packed.
Please note that any item returned shall be sent back sealed in its original brand packaging and its original tag. If the product is not in a perfect resalable condition, no return can be made and the said item will be delivered back to you. Moreover, only items returned to us via our own delivery and collection services are protected and insured. You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability.
In the case of a defective product, you can replace it with the same item (if available in stock) or ask for a refund. Contact us at email@example.com within 7 working days from the date of your delivery. We will arrange the pick-up with our courier and provide you with all the information.
Returning one or more products will lead to a full refund of the item(s) excluding VAT, delivery and any additional fees charged at the time of purchase. Only in case of a defective product, MAIOLICA will be responsible for the full refund, including shipping charges.
A refund will be processed straight after the purchased item made return to our warehouse and the amount to be refunded will be re-accredited only through the original mode of payment selected at the time of purchase.

Should you ever face any challenge in accessing or surfing on MAIOLICA, first make sure that your operating system (Windows 10, Mac OS X, etc.), your smartphone or tablet you are accessing from, have the latest software updates installed.
